General Scope of Job:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to be the first face that guests see when checking in. They should be able to confidently address guests and assist with any needs that they may have, whether they be about the hotel or Jersey itself.

Duties:

  • Checks in and Checks Out guests
  • Takes bookings for the restaurant and taxis
  • Manages the emails
  • Liaises with Head Office when required
  • Takes payments from guests

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language
  • Good IT skills
  • Great interpersonal qualities
  • Hard-working with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident and outgoing
