General Scope of Job:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the other housekeeping staff, take and prioritise guest satisfaction.
Duties:
- Orders cleaning supplies and inventory
- Assigns shifts and cleaning schedules to other staff members
- Oversees that the housekeeping service is kept to a high standard
- Performs cleaning tasks
- Sees to any complaints made about the housekeeping service
- Assists guests when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong command of the English language
- Previous experience in a four or five star hotel
- Leadership qualities
- A strong work ethic and able to work independently
- Practical thinking
