Scheme Terms And Conditions
- The Loyalty account is issued by and remains the property of Dolan Hotels who reserve the right to decline to issue or withdraw the account or points at any time, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Scheme or to terminate the Scheme at any time without notice.
- All participants in the Loyalty scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
- Your points are held in an Account in your name.
- The Loyalty points and exclusive benefits can only be used by the person or entity to whom the account was issued unless written proof of permission from the account holder is granted.
- Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Dolan Hotels.
- The Loyalty App can only be used in the bars and restaurants in the Dolan Hotels group.
- Food & Beverage loyalty points can only be earned on non-room-package related food and drink, by scanning your app at the till before your bill is closed (I.E. when you pay your bill or post it to your room). Dolan Hotels reserves the right to refuse points if the app has not been swiped and is not obliged to add points retrospectively.
- If your card is lost or stolen you must notify Dolan Hotels immediately. Dolan Hotels will not accept responsibility for points redeemed if we have not been notified of loss or theft.
- Points are only valid for 36 months and will be removed from the account thereafter.
- Double points are available Monday-Thursday between the 1st of October and the 31st of March and 1.5x points are available Monday-Thursday between the 1st of April & the 30th of September. Excludes the festive period (24th-27th of December), New Years Eve (31st of December) and Valentines Day (14th of February).
